At Welcome Skate Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your setup, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unassembled gear. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and shrink wrap on decks.
Check Your Items
Ensure your products are in brand new, resellable condition; please note that we cannot accept returns on skateboards that have been gripped or assembled.
Contact Support
Email our team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization number and the correct shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items securely in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging to prevent damage to decks or hardware during transit.
Ship and Refund
Send your package using a tracked service; once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5 business days.
